SnapBid

Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026 · Version 1

These terms are an agreement between you and SnapBid ("we", "us") for using the SnapBid website and service. By creating an account or buying a pass you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use SnapBid.

Important: SnapBid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Eldorado.gg, or to any of the games, game developers or publishers whose boosting requests it handles. Using automation on your Eldorado account may go against Eldorado's own rules and could lead Eldorado to warn, limit or close your account. You use SnapBid at your own risk and are responsible for following Eldorado's terms. See section 4.

1. Who can use SnapBid

2. What SnapBid does

SnapBid watches the boosting requests your Eldorado seller account receives and, following settings you choose, can send chat messages and offers from your account, work out prices, and skip requests you don't want. It runs on cloud servers, so it can keep working while your computer is off.

You decide what SnapBid sends. You are responsible for your messages, prices, delivery times and offers, and for every order you accept and fulfil on Eldorado. SnapBid is not a party to any deal between you and a buyer.

3. Your account

4. Your Eldorado account and Eldorado's rules

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.

5a. Games and their rules

SnapBid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game, game developer or publisher, including the games shown in SnapBid or on Eldorado. Boosting and coaching services may be against the terms of some games, and game companies may act against accounts involved (for example by warning, resetting or banning them). SnapBid only helps you answer requests on Eldorado; providing the boosting service, and following each game's rules, is your responsibility, and we are not responsible for any action a game company takes.

6. Passes, prices and payment

7. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep SnapBid running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". There may be interruptions, delays, missed requests or mistakes, including because of Eldorado, Cloudflare, Discord, blockchain networks or other services we rely on. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop SnapBid entirely, we'll give reasonable notice where we can and refund the unused part of active passes.

9. No guarantees

SnapBid does not guarantee that you will win orders, earn any amount, or that every request will be answered. Prices SnapBid works out come from the rules you set: check them before switching on offers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or earnings, lost orders, or for anything Eldorado or other platforms do to your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using SnapBid and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts SnapBid or others at risk. Unused pass time isn't refunded if we close an account for breaking these terms.

12. Intellectual property

SnapBid, its name, logo, website and software belong to us. Eldorado, and the names, logos and rank images of games shown in SnapBid, are trademarks or property of their respective owners. They are used only to describe what SnapBid works with and don't mean those owners endorse SnapBid.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll show a notice on the site or in your dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use SnapBid after that means you accept the new version.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where SnapBid is operated and by European Union law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. EU consumers can also use the EU's online dispute resolution information at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
